Nevada Copper Mine

The Victoria Copper Mine is located in the beautiful picturesque setting of the Dolly Varden Mountains. Its spectacular location in northeast Nevada is close to the Utah border and approximately 30 minutes from the Wendover Airport. Tourists flock from Salt Lake City and Idaho to frequent the five major casinos in Wendover that has become a popular place for Utah gamblers. The outstanding Bonneville Salt Flats, where world speed records have been set, is just one of the outstanding viewpoints.

Transportation to the Victoria Copper Mine site consists of 10 miles of highly improved graveled road and is surrounded by pine, fur and cedar trees covering the mountainsides. Wildlife is found throughout the range and the weather conditions range in the 80-degree mark in the summer to the 20's to 50's in the winter months.
